We understand that managing schedules, health, and professional commitments can be challenging, and life doesn't always go as planned. We aim to make our policies as fair, clear, and supportive as possible while covering the administrative and logistical costs of running our training programs.

1. Delegate Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please send a written request to our team at info@adhdtrainer.co.uk. To maintain high professional standards, our cancellation structure aligns with standard Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) event guidelines. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice we receive before the first day of your course:

• More than 28 days' notice (up to 1 month): You will receive an 80% refund of your total course fee. The remaining 20% covers non-recoverable administrative and processing costs.

• 14 to 28 days' notice (2 to 4 weeks): You will receive a 50% refund of your total course fee.

• Less than 14 days' notice (under 2 weeks): Course fees are non-refundable due to fixed course allocation costs, and refunds cannot be issued for late cancellations or non-attendance.

2. Flexible Alternatives: Substitutions & Date Transfers

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to explore one of the following flexible options:

• Send a Substitute (Free of Charge): You are welcome to pass your place to a colleague or nominated substitute at no extra cost. Simply email their details to info@adhdtrainer.co.uk before the course start date so we can update our register.

• Transfer to a Future Date: If you wish to move your booking to a different upcoming course, transfers are subject to availability and carry a 20% administrative fee to process the change.

3. Course Cancellations or Changes by The ADHD Trainer Limited

In the rare event that we must cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately. You will be offered a choice between:

• Full Refund: A 100% full refund of the course fees paid.

• Free Date Transfer: A free transfer to an alternative course date of your choice.

Please note that while we will always do our best to support you, The ADHD Trainer Limited cannot accept liability for indirect, consequential, or third-party expenses, such as pre-booked travel, accommodation, or subsistence costs. We strongly recommend choosing flexible travel and accommodation options where possible.
