ADHD Assessment: Clear, Structured and Practical
Enjoyable Training, Easy-to-Follow, NICE-Aligned Framework
Built on Decades of Clinical and Teaching Experience
One-day, 6-hour learning programme for healthcare professionals to conduct safe, evidence-based ADHD diagnostic assessments across the lifespan. The day opens with an introduction and overview of the learning outcomes, baseline knowledge check, followed by five sections covering core neurodevelopmental knowledge, DSM-5 and ICD-11 criteria, consent, capacity and safeguarding. Learning then progresses to structured clinical simulation role-play, with practice in ADHD assessment competencies and safe report writing. The training is aligned with NICE NG87 1.3.1 ADHD Diagnosis Guidelines. The day concludes with final section on framework and nest steps, closed after Q & A session. Delegate feedback will be requested.
